What makes Qi-cha different from other herbal teas?
Every Qi-cha blend is reviewed by a TCM physician and crafted from real herbs with no additives or artificial colouring. Our teabags are sourced from Japan — biodegradable, compostable, and certified for organic tea — holding up to 17g of herbs per bag so you get real efficacy, not just flavour. Each blend targets a specific modern need: sleep, digestion, energy, skin, mood, or immunity. We're caffeine-free, made in Singapore, and small-batch crafted for freshness.
How do I brew my tea?
Pour 100°C water over one teabag and steep for 6-8 minutes. Remove the teabag and serve. Each bag holds up to 17g of herbs — you can re-steep it for a second cup.
How do I store my tea?
Store in the fridge for best condition. Each sachet is individually sealed to keep it fresh until you're ready to brew.
What are your tea bags made of? Are they safe from microplastics?
Our tea bags are made in Japan from 100% PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a plant-based material derived from natural plant resins, not petroleum-based plastic. Unlike conventional plastic tea bags (like nylon or PET), ours are free from harmful synthetic chemicals and internationally certified as compostable and eco-friendly. 🌿 We also believe in being upfront: research on bioplastics in hot beverages is still evolving, so we wouldn't want to overclaim. What we're confident in is that PLA is one of the most responsible packaging materials available today, and we're always watching new developments to do right by our customers. If you'd like extra peace of mind, you're welcome to steep the herbs in a loose-leaf infuser instead! 🍵
Are your teas safe for everyone?
All Qi-cha blends are caffeine-free, additive-free, and reviewed by TCM physicians for everyday use. That said, some herbs may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for young children depending on the blend. Each product page includes specific guidance for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children, and the elderly. When in doubt, consult your TCM practitioner or healthcare provider.
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard local delivery within Singapore. Free shipping on all orders above $60. For orders below $60, a standard delivery fee applies — exact rates shown at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
If there's an issue with your order — damaged packaging, wrong item, or quality concern — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
