By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced here. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

Section 2 — Health & TCM Disclaimer
Qi-Cha products are herbal tea blends inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine traditions. They are food products — not medicinal products, therapeutic goods, or registered health supplements.
Qi-Cha does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information on this website — including product descriptions, ingredient information, and references to traditional uses — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
References to traditional uses (e.g. "traditionally used to support...") reflect historical TCM usage and general wellness context only. They are not therapeutic or medicinal claims.
Individual responses to herbal products may vary. We make no guarantee that any product will produce a specific result for any individual.
Our products are developed with physician review. This means a qualified TCM practitioner has reviewed our formulations for general safety and traditional suitability. This does not constitute an endorsement of any specific health outcome, nor does it replace individual medical advice.
Always read product labels and follow the directions for use. Qi-Cha products are not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical treatment. Keep all products out of reach of children.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, on prescribed medication, or managing a health condition, we recommend checking with your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before trying any herbal product — ours included. Some herbs may not be suitable during certain periods or alongside certain medications. When in doubt, please ask a professional first. Your wellbeing matters more to us than a sale.
Section 3 — Accessing and Using the Site
As a condition of using this site, you confirm that:

- You are 18 years of age or older, or have parental or guardian consent
- You will not copy or distribute any part of the site without our prior written authorisation, except as permitted under Section 18
You are solely responsible for your use of this site and its content. Where you create an account, please keep your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms.
Section 4 — Online Store Terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws. You must not transmit malicious code or content of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
Section 5 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your order and account data may pass through various networks during transmission. Payment information is always encrypted in transit. Our store is hosted on Shopify, whose servers are based in the United States. Data submitted through our store may be stored and processed there.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission, except as permitted under Section 18.
Section 6 — Modifications to Prices and Service
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 7 — Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be limited in quantity. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device's screen will exactly reproduce colours or images.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction; to limit quantities; and to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
Section 8 — Orders & Payments
You may place an order by completing and submitting the order form on our site. Please ensure all order details are accurate before submitting.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. We confirm acceptance when we send you an order confirmation email — a contract is formed between us at that point.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or where a pricing error has occurred. We'll notify you at the email address you provided if we need to change or cancel your order.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Qi-Cha is not currently GST-registered and does not charge GST. If a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact you before processing your order.
Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. You own the product once we have received payment in full.
Section 9 — Delivery

If you provide incorrect delivery details and fail to notify us, we will not issue a refund or replacement for undelivered orders.
Section 10 — Defective and Incorrect Items
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- (a) Defective items: If you receive a product that is defective (e.g. damaged packaging, compromised seal, or product quality issue), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
- (b) Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received.
All other sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or any reason other than those listed above.
Where a return is accepted, items must be:
- Returned within the timeframe agreed with us on acceptance of the return request
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email)
- In their original packaging and, unless the defect is only evident upon opening, unopened and unused
For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will replace the item or issue a refund for the amount paid for the affected product. We will advise on the return method at the time of acceptance — this may include posting the item back to us, dropping it off at a location we specify, or a collection arranged on our end. Any return postage incurred at our instruction will be reimbursed at the standard delivery rate.

Section 11 — Promotional Items, Discount Codes & Gift with Purchase
Discount codes and promotional vouchers
- Codes must be applied at checkout. We're unable to retroactively apply codes to completed orders.
- Codes are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- If you return an order that used a discount code, the refund will reflect the final amount paid, not the original retail price.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where codes are used in a manner inconsistent with their stated terms, including bulk or reseller use.
Gift with purchase (GWP) items
- GWP items are available while stocks last and are subject to change without notice.
- GWP items carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or returned.
- If you return an item that qualified you for a GWP, the GWP must be returned at the same time — or its retail value will be deducted from any refund issued.
- GWP promotions are seasonal and non-recurring unless otherwise stated.
Section 12 — Subscription Services
Qi-Cha offers recurring subscription deliveries of herbal tea blends on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, as selected at sign-up ("Subscription").
Billing and renewal: By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method on your chosen billing cycle until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations after this window take effect from the following cycle. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
Pausing and skipping: You may pause or skip a delivery cycle at any time, subject to the same 3 business day notice requirement. Requests made after this window will apply to the following cycle.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled at our discretion.
Modifications: Changes to your plan, delivery address, or billing details must be made at least 3 business days before your next renewal date to take effect in that cycle. We're not liable for deliveries made to an outdated address where changes weren't submitted in time.
General: Subscription orders are subject to product availability. If a selected blend is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you to arrange a substitute or defer the delivery. Subscription discounts, where applicable, are not combinable with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
Section 13 — Optional Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or endorsement. Your use of any optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
Section 14 — Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Section 15 — User Comments, Reviews & Submissions
If you submit reviews, feedback, ideas, or other materials to us — whether online, by email, or otherwise — you agree that we may use, edit, adapt, and publish such content in any medium, without restriction or compensation, for any purpose including marketing and product development. We are under no obligation to keep any submission confidential, pay for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, or remove any content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit. It must not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Section 16 — Personal Data
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Section 17 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or cancel orders where information on our site is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.
Section 18 — Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the content on this site — including text, images, product names, illustrations, mascot designs, packaging artwork, and brand assets — belong to The Midnight Project Pte. Ltd. or are lawfully licensed to us.
Sharing and reviews: We love it when customers and collaborators spread the word about Qi-Cha. You're welcome to quote product descriptions, share images, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial purposes — such as social media posts, blog reviews, or recommendations — as long as you clearly attribute the content to Qi-Cha 启茶 and don't alter it in a misleading way.
Commercial reproduction, resale of content, or adaptation of any Qi-Cha brand assets without our prior written permission is not permitted.
Section 19 — Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or its content to:
- Engage in any unlawful or unauthorised activity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party

We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Our Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of any Qi-Cha product shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Section 21 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Midnight Project Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Section 22 — Time Limit for Claims
Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase of any Qi-Cha product must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim arose. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
Section 23 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Section 24 — Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.
Section 25 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Section 26 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of a written request to mediate, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Singapore.
Section 27 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Please check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
